Which marketplaces do you work with?
Only Amazon.sa, Noon and Trendyol. We do not build websites or work on Zid, Salla or Shopify.
How much do your services cost?
It depends on the number of products and marketplaces. Message us on WhatsApp for a free, written quotation.
Who pays for advertising?
The ad budget and marketplace fees are paid by the seller directly to the marketplace. We set up and manage the campaigns.
What documents do I need to open a seller account?
Usually a commercial registration or freelance document, a national ID or Iqama, a Saudi bank account (IBAN) and a phone number. We'll confirm the exact list for your case.
How long does it take to start selling?
It depends on the marketplace's verification. Once your account is approved, we start listing your products right away.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or cash. Monthly services are usually paid half at the start and half at the end of the month.
Can I see my invoices online?
Yes. Clients get a private code to open the Customer Portal and see invoices, payments and products.
Do you ship my products to Amazon or Noon warehouses?
Yes, we can arrange shipping, labelling and storage. This is quoted separately.
